Summer House
In the summer of 2020, Project 1 created this incredibly stylish summer house for a property in Bedfordshire. The tiled roof and oak detailing really give this a contemporary but modern look. The lighting on the fencing creates a cosy atmosphere for evening entertainment. A wood burner has been also installed inside the summer house, for those chillier evenings.

Rear Extenion – Old Water End, Eversholt
Project 1 carried out a single storey rear extension on a property in Bedfordshire with side utility room and toilet. The works included the installment of a lead roof, alongside oak detailing inside the extension, a feature wall, LED downlights and underfloor heating.
Rear Extension – Higher Rads End, Eversholt
In summer 2019 Project 1 designed and constructed the below two story rear extension.

The new extension comprises of a kitchen diner, utility room, bathroom and upstairs master bedroom with an ensuite. The exterior is rendered to match the existing building.
The master bedroom has double french doors with a balcony, which open out onto the countryside. Project 1 fitted the kitchen, bathroom and designed the interior throughout.
